level of vitamins A and C also cleans and disinfects.

fennel seed, and peppermint leaf. Take drops as needed.
Mallowandwalnutointment(Dr.Christopher’sbone,flesh,andcartilage
formula): made from powdered herbs of six parts oak bark, three parts
gravelroot,threepartsmulleinleaf,threepartsmarshmallowroot,three
partsblackwalnutbarkandleaf,twopartswormwoodleaf,onepartlobelia
leaf,onepartskullcapleaf,andonepartcomfreyleaf.See“Ointments”in
chapter 3. This formula is useful for regeneration of tendons, ligaments,
bone, and flesh.

leaf,andlobelialeaf.Fillaneyedropperwiththeformulaandholditunder
warm running water for one minute. Insert eight to twelve drops of the
warmedoilintoeachearatnight.Thenplugtheearswithcottonballs.Keep
theplugsinovernight.Ifyouprefer,usethedropsonlyoccasionally,gradu-
allybuildinguptoeverynight,oreveryothernight.Flushtheearsoutwith
equal amounts of warm water and cider vinegar the morning after each

get a nurse to syringe your ears out professionally.
