Sweet Potato Pie

large eggs
½ teaspoon allspice
¾
to 1 ¼ cup sugar, depending on sweetness
of potatoes
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup heavy cream
dash salt
3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell
1
teaspoon cinnamon
Beat eggs well. Add sugar, salt, and spices. Mix thoroughly. Add cream and stir. Add
mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly. Turn into pie shell and bake in 350º pre-heated oven
for one hour or until firm.
