Dozen Cookies
-1/4 Cups Flour
/4 Tsp. Salt
/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
/2 Cup Butter
Cup Brown Sugar
Egg
Tsp.Vanilla
oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
/2 Cup Buttermilk
Cup Chopped Nuts
Glaze

-1/2 Cups Sifted Powdered Sugar
/4 Cup Light Cream
Tsp.Vanilla
oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
Preheat oven to 375°. Sift flour, salt and soda together. Beat
butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy. Beat in choco-
late. Add sifted ingredients alternately with buttermilk until well
combined. Stir in nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls. 2 inches
apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool
partially. Combine glaze ingredients and beat until smooth - add
more cream if too thick. Glaze top of warm cookies.
