/4 c sugar
/2 stick soft butter
T cocoa powder

/2 c candied cherries (optional)
/2 c semi−sweet chocolate pieces
Soak candied orange peel in Gran Marnier. Combine sugar, yeast,
water, flour and milk powder to make sponge. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Add to sponge the flour, water, sugar, butter and cocoa powder.
