/2 c sun−dried tomatoes (not oil packed), chopped  
5 oz can black beans, drained  
/2 c plain yogurt  
ts cumin  
ts oregano  
ts dried parsley  
garlic clove, minced  
1/2 to 6 1/2 cups unbleached flour  
tb sugar  
tb salt  
pkgs fast−acting dry yeast  
c water  
/2 c canola oil  
egg  
oz can chopped green chilies, drained or 2 T finely chopped jalapenos  
oz Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes, about 2 cups  
In food processor bowl with metal blade, finely chop tomatoes. Add  
beans, yogurt, cumin, oregano, parsley and garlic, process 10 to  
1
5 seconds or until beans are mashed. Set aside.
