/2 t soy sauce  
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix ham, ground pork, eggs and bread crumbs in bowl. Put in  
loaf pan and bake 45 min - 1 hr. Mix brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce together.  
Spread over loaf during last 15 min. of baking. Serves 3 @ 3 carb  
Turkey Loaves with “Pineapple” Sauce  
Ingredients:

lb ground turkey  
/2 cup pork rinds  
/3 cup green onion, chopped  
tbsp cream  
egg  
tbsp Worcestershire sauce  
tsp dry mustard  
/4 tsp garlic powder  
salt & pepper  
Sauce:

cup SF pineapple syrup  
tsp ginger  
tsp Worcestershire  
tsp not/Starch  
tsp parsley  
Mix loaf ingredients. Pack into 6 large greased muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.  
Combine sauce ingredients in pan and heat until thickened. Pour over loaves. Serves 3

Italian Turkey Meatloaf  
Ingredients:

lb sausage, cooked and diced  
lb ground turkey  
eggs  
4 oz can diced tomatoes  
/2 cup onion, chopped  
tbsp parsley  
cup pork rinds, crushed  
/2 cup Parmesan cheese  
/2 cup tomato sauce  
Preheat oven to 375F. Beat eggs and stir in other ingredients except meats. Mix in  
meats just until blended. Place meat in 8x8" glass baking pan. Bake 1 hour. Top with
