Fish Chowder

/4 cup finely chopped onions
/4 cup margarine
/4 cup flour
cup milk
tsp. salt
tsp. lemon juice
/4 tsp. dill weed
Dash of pepper

tbsp. spicy brown mustard
(10 oz.) pkg. frozen codfish or other fresh or frozen fish
−1/2 or 2 cups cooked, cubed potatoes
−1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
/4 cup melted butter or margarine
Saute onion in margarine. Stir in flour. Add milk; cook and stir constantly
until thickened. Add salt, lemon juice, dill weed, pepper, and mustard. Cut
thawed fish into cubes and add to sauce along with potatoes. Pour into a 2
quart casserole. Mix bread crumbs with melted margarine and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes.
