Place on wire rack or wax paper to cool. If chocolate sauce thickens, reheat.
Green Tomato Mincemeat

2 cups green tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 cups tart apples, peeled and chopped
cups currants
cups raisins
tbsp. salt
tbsp. cloves
tbsp. nutmeg
tbsp. cinnamon
lbs. brown sugar
/2 lb. suet, finely chopped (optional)
cups vinegar
Combine all ingredients (except suet) and cook over medium heat until liquid
is reduced. (Add suet). Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Rhubarb Mincemeat

cups rhubarb, diced
zest of 1 orange
juice of 1 lemon

/4 cup citron peel
1/2 cups brown sugar
/2 cup water
/2 tsp. cinnamon
/2 tsp. ground cloves
/2 tsp. allspice
/4 tsp. nutmeg
