garlic clove minced or crushed if your in a hurry
cups water
cups kale sliced and coarsely chopped
−1/2 tsp salt
Bring to a boil, turn down and simmer about 8 minutes.
pound diced potatoes

Add to simmering kale broth and cook until tender. Now serve.
Couldn't be easier or cheaper.
