Cup Butter
Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Teaspoon Black pepper
drops Tabasco sauce
Cup Lemon juice
Clove garlic, minced
Teaspoon Dry mustard
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients, heat until butter melts. Broiler juices may be
added. Serve with steak.
