packages dry yeast  
/2 cup water  
/2 cup scalded and cooled milk  
/2 cup sugar  
teaspoon salt  
eggs  
/2 cup shortening, butter or margarine  
1/2 to 5 cups flour

tablespoons butter or margarine, softened  
tablespoon orange zest, grated  
tablespoons orange juice  
1/2 cups powdered sugar  
Make yeast dough according to type of yeast dough using. After  
first rising, roll out into 12 x 7−inch rectangle. Beat together  
filling and frosting ingredients. Spread 1/2 of filling and frosting  
over dough. Roll up and cut into 12 slices. Place in greased 9−inch  
round cake pan. Let rise until doubled. Bake at 375 degrees F for

5 to 30 minutes. While warm frost with remaining frosting. Makes  
dozen orange rolls.
