/2 cup sourdough starter
cup unbleached flour
/2 cup warm water

1/2 tsp salt
/2 cup sourdough starter

tbsp. olive oil
cup white flour
cups wheat flour

cup oil−cured black olives, pitted and chopped
Mix starter, flour and water in nonmetal bowl and leave in a warm
place, covered with plastic wrap, overnight.
The next day, add to the sponge the yeast, salt and sourdough
starter. Add olive oil and flours.
Knead well. Knead in black olives.
Place in bowl oiled with 1 tsp. olive oil, cover with plastic wrap,
