clove garlic, chopped
c. sliced mushrooms
tbsp. butter or margarine
Salt & pepper

−1/2 c. water
/3 c. tomato juice
env. Au Jus gravy mix
1/4−1−1/2 lb. boneless top round steak, cut up
Cook onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter. Add cut up steak. Brown until
done. Add water and tomato juice; stir in gravy mix. Simmer 4 minutes. Serve
over rice or noodles.
