package unflavored gelatine  
tablespoon boiling water  
cup heavy cream  
drops peppermint flavor  
ounce cream cheese  
ounce unsweetened chocolate, melted  
0 Splenda packets  
/2 teaspoon vanilla extract  
Soften gelatine in the boiling water. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Chill for 10  
minutes and spoon onto parchment paper and freeze. Pack in an airtight container.
