Pizza With Pork and Peppers Recipe

1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (1-pound) pork tenderloin, cut in 1/4-by-3-inch strips
1 cup thinly sliced onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 green bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 Boboli pizza crust
1 cup bottled tomato pasta sauce
1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine the oregano, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a bowl. Add
pork strips and toss until the seasonings adhere to the meat. Add the onions and toss. Heat the oil
in a large nonstick skillet. Add the pork and onions and cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes, until the
