Mashed Potato Stuffed Mushrooms

4 mushrooms, cleaned and stemed
large baking potatoes
8 oz. whipped cream cheese
cup finely chopped shrimp
/2 stick of butter

. Bake potatoes in microwave for 12 minutes. Let cool and scoop out the potato.
. In medium bowl combine potato, cream cheese, shrimp, butter and salt Blend well.
. Spoon mixture into mushrooms and bake for 10−15 minutes at 325.
