Cups non-fat milk
Cup whole wheat flour
Egg whites beaten stiff

Blend milk and flour until smooth.
Carefully fold in stiffly beaten eggs.
Pour l/4 cup batter into Teflon pan, rotating pan to cover bottom
of pan and distribute batter.
4.
Brown crepe on both sides.
