cup White Sugar
cup White Syrup
cup raw Spanish Peanuts with jackets
/2 tsp Salt
/2 cup Water
Mix well. Cook to 300° or hard crack stage. Add 1 tsp soda, at this
point. Stir fast and pour on a greased cookie sheet. Eat broken pieces.

lb. Pecans
Egg White
tbsp Water
/2 cup Sugar
/2 cup Brown Sugar
tsp Cinnamon
/4 tsp Salt
Beat egg white and water until foamy. Add nuts and stir until
coated. Mix remaining ingredients. Stir into nut mix until well-
coated. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 275° for
30 to 45 minutes.
