Tomato Yogurt Soup  
2 1/2 c. tomato  
juice  
This cold version of a traditional soup is a refreshing change  
for those hot-weather meals.  
3/4 t. garlic salt  
finely chopped  
green onions  
• finely chopped  
parsley  
Combine yogurt, tomato juice and garlic salt in blender.  
Blend at medium speed for 2 minutes. Chill. Serve gar-  
nished with green onions and parsley. 6 servings.
