French Dressing

c. sugar

1/2 c. red wine vinegar

c. olive oil

tsp. garlic salt

/2 tsp. paprika

Pepper

tsp. onion, minced

(18-oz.) bottle catsup

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

1/4 c. olive oil

1/4 c. red wine vinegar

clove garlic, minced

ounces blue cheese

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, vinegar, and garlic. Crumble bleu cheese into the bowl and mix

well.

Mustard Dressing

1/4 c. vegetable oil

tbsp. red-wine vinegar

tbsp. dijon mustard

tbsp. fresh chives, chopped

Salt and pepper
