Summer Breeze Smoothie  
Here’s a perfect low-fat thirst quencher.  
n 1 cup yogurt, plain, nonfat  
n 6 medium strawberries  
n 1 cup pineapple, crushed, canned in juice  
n 1 medium banana  
n 1 teaspoon vanilla extract  
n 4 ice cubes  
1. Place all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.

. Serve in frosted glass.  
Yield: 3 servings
