English Muffin Crab Cakes

whole english muffins
6 oz. cans crabmeat
tbsp. mayonaise
tsp. garlic powder
tsp. onion powder
/2 tsp. salt
/2 tsp. pepper
small onion, diced
16 oz. pkg. shredded meunster cheese

. Split english muffins and bake on cookie sheet for 10−15 minutes or until turning
slightly brown.

. In medium bowl combine remaining ingredients. Blend well.
. Remove english muffins from oven and place spoonfuls of crabmeat mixture on
top of muffins.

. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
. If you have extra mixture, place in small baking dish and bake for 10 minutes and
serve with crackers.
