cup shredded Swiss, Gruyère or Cheddar cheese
(4 ounces)
teaspoons chopped fresh or freeze-dried chives

Heat oven to 400º. Line 12 medium muffin cups 2 1/2 × 1 1/4 inches, with
paper baking cups or grease entire cup generously. Mix baking mix, wine,
oil and egg with fork in medium bowl; beat vigorously 30 strokes. Stir in
cheese and chives. Divide batter evenly among cups.
Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.
Serve warm.
