1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.  
Drain and cool.  
Elbow macaroni, uncooked  
Green pepper, chopped  
Salad dressing, mayonnaise-type 1/4 cup

Garlic powder

2. Combine green pepper, salad dressing, and  
spices.  
3. Add macaroni and toss lightly. Chill.
