pint whipping cream
teaspoons almond extract
6 ounces maraschino cherries, drained (juice
reserved) and chopped
/2 teaspoon salt

Enough cherry juice to color
Mix all ingredient together and put into a 4−quart freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's
instructions.
