Cup diced potato  
Cup chopped parsley  
Cup fresh raw corn off cob  
Cup non-fat milk powder  
Teaspoon salt

Simmer water, onions, celery, potato, and parsley until tender.  
Add corn and simmer for 5 minutes.  
Add milk and simmer just below boiling point.  
Add seasoning.  
Serves 4-6
