This is a basic soup to native American of this continent. Rich in nutrients.  
Another excellent soup to diet with.

Cook beans until tender, add garlic and onions during the last 15 min-  
utes of cooking.

Add all other ingredients and simmer slowly until the string beans are  
tender.  
Refrigerates well and can be frozen.  
Makes 15 servings.
