Fresh cut Green Beans  
Red Potatoes (diced with skin)  
Bunch fresh Coriander (Cilantro) or Parsley  
Zucchini (thick slices)

Cut up chicken, remove skin and visible fat.  
Simmer chicken, onion, celery, and garlic 45 minutes.  
Add potatoes, carrots, and pot Barley and simmer 20 min-  
utes.

Add string bean, zucchini, and coriander and cook until string beans  
are tender.  
Makes 25 servings.
