(7 ounce) package elbow macaroni (2 cups)  
cups grated Cheddar cheese (8 ounces)  
medium onion -- finely chopped (1/2 cup)  
(6 ounce) can tuna -- drained  
(10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom  
OR

(10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup  
soup can of milk  
Heat oven 350º. Grease 2-quart casserole.  
Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package.  
Mix macaroni and remaining ingredients in casserole. Bake uncovered 30 to  
40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
