0 cups Zucchini-finely chopped
cups Onions-finely chopped
Tbsp Salt
-1/2 cups Vinegar
cups Sugar
Tbsp Nutmeg
Tbsp Dry Mustard
Tbsp Tumeric
Tbsp Celery Seed
tsp black Pepper
red bell Peppers-chopped fine
green Peppers-chopped fine
Mix zucchini, onions and salt. Let stand overnight. Drain and
rinse with cold water, drain again. Add remaining ingredients.
Boil 30 minutes. Seal in hot jars.
Kraut Relish

1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Vinegar
one 16 oz can Sauerkraut, drained and chopped

cup diced Celery
cup diced Green Pepper
cup diced Onion
one 2 oz jar Pimento, drained and chopped
Heat vinegar and sugar. Cool-combine all ingredients-chill.
