GREEN BEANS & MUSHROOMS

Lb. cut green beans (can be frozen)  
Yellow onion (diced)  
Lb. fresh mushrooms (sliced)  
Tablespoon Virgin Olive oil  
Tablespoon real butter  
Cup spring water

Sauté onions and mushrooms until onions are translucent.

Place green beans in covered pan with water and cook until almost  
done.

Add onions and mushrooms and add a dash of salt and any of your  
favorite herbs.

Simmer together for 5 minutes. Save left over liquid for stock.  
Serves 4-6
