1/2 cups sugar
stick butter
cup crushed pineapple
eggs slightly beaten
tsp. vanilla
tbsp. flour
cup of flaked coconut
Preheat oven to 375F.
Heat sugar, eggs, butter and flour in a pan until butter is melted. Add pineapple and
coconut. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake for 35 minutes.
