Souper Meat and Potatoes Pie

can cream of mushroom soup
pound ground beef
/4 cup onion
egg
/4 cup fine, dry bread crumbs
tablespoons parsley
Salt and pepper
2
cups mashed potatoes
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Combine first 7 ingredients and press into a 9−inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
Spoon off fat. Frost with mashed potatoes. Top with cheese. Return to oven for just a couple minutes to
melt the cheese and heat the potatoes.
