Bell Pepper Dip

large green bell pepper
large red bell pepper
large yellow bell pepper
cup sour cream
cup mayonnaise
tsp. parmesan cheese
tsp. paprika

. Cut and remove the seeds from the peppers. Chop the peppers into small pieces
and saute in heated oil for 5−10 minutes. Remove from heat and place in food
processor or blender.

. Add in all ingredients and blend until smooth.
. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
