Prepare Tutti-Frutti Filling. Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 2 round  
pans, 9 × 11/2 inches. Beat flour, granulated sugar, shortening, milk,  
baking powder, salt and vanilla in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds,  
scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl  
occasionally. Add egg whites; beat on high speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl  
occasionally. Stir in coconut. Pour into pans.  
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
