4 serving size package lemon pudding and pie filling (not
instant)

cup whipped cream
Bake Meringue Cake as directed. Prepare pudding and pie filling as
directed on package. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until chilled. Stir
pudding; spread 1 1/4 cups over meringue on 1 cake layer. Place remaining
layer, meringue side up, on pudding. Spread with remaining pudding.
Place whipped cream in decorating bag with star tip. Pipe on whipped cream
or garnish with whipped cream as desired. Serve within 30 minutes.
