Adult help: Carefully remove pie from oven. Top with tomatoes, then  
sprinkle with:  
cup shredded Cheddar or process American cheese (4 ounces)

Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer or until knife poked in center of pie comes out  
clean. Cool 5 minutes.
