EASY CHOCOLATE GLAZE  
cup semisweet chocolate chips  
teaspoon shortening

Heat oven to 350º. Grease square pan, 8 × 8 × 2 inches. Melt chocolate and  
butter in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until  
smooth; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients except Mocha  
Frosting and Chocolate Glaze.
