From Cobblers:  
Peach Cobbler No. 2

cup sugar  
stick oleo  
can sliced peaches and juice  
cup self-rising flour  
/4 cup milk  
MELT oleo in baking dish. ADD sugar, peaches, milk. MIX well. ADD flour, MIX.  
BAKE at 375°F 'til brown.  
Note: OTHER fruits may be used with this recipe.  
Easy Peach Cobbler

/4 teaspoon salt  
/4 teaspoon cornstarch  
/3 cup sugar  
/4 cup water  
cups sliced peaches  
/2 cup biscuit mix  
/4 teaspoon vanilla  
tablespoons sugar  
/2 teaspoon lemon juice  
MIX 1st 5 ingredients. PLACE in casserole. MIX rest of ingredients; SPREAD  
over peaches. BAKE at 350°F for 40 minutes.  
From Puddings:  
Apple Pudding "Good."

egg  
cup flour  
teaspoon baking soda  
/2 teaspoon salt  
/4 teaspoon nutmeg  
/4 teaspoon cinnamon  
cups chopped apples  
teaspoon vanilla  
/4 cup fine chopped nuts  
CREAM oleo, sugar. ADD egg. SIFT dry ingredients; ADD to mixture. ADD  
apples, flavoring. POUR in greased baking dish. NUTS on top. BAKE 350°F for  
30 to 40 minutes.
