How to Prepare:  
Place ingredients in  
machine in order  
recommended by  
manufacturer. Hold out flax,  
pumpkin and sunflower  
seeds until almost the end  
of the kneading/mixing  
cycle.  
Add those in when there are

minutes left for mixing  
before the first rise. Bake on  
small loaf/medium white  
crust setting.

How to Prepare:  
Crumble pork rinds until the  
resemble fine bread  
crumbs.  
Beat eggs well then mix

Add crushed pork rinds to

Mix will thicken to a "gloppy"
