(8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple in syrup -- undrained
teaspoon grated orange peel
Heat oven to 400º.
Mix in pie plate with fork until crumbly:

tablespoons sugar
tablespoons finely chopped nuts
tablespoons (from a stick) margarine or butter, softened
/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light and dry. Stir with fork.
Heat in saucepan, stirring a few times, until hot:

Spoon apple mixture into 6-ounce custard cups. Sprinkle with baked
topping. Store any leftover topping in tightly covered container in
