cups bread flour  
cup plus 2 tablespoons water  
tablespoons margarine or butter -- softened  
tablespoons sugar  
teaspoons bread machine yeast  
teaspoons dried rosemary leaves -- crushed  
teaspoons salt  
teaspoon dried oregano leaves -- crushed  
tablespoon water  
egg white

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except 1 tablespoon water and  
the egg white in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the  
manufacturer. Select Dough/ Manual cycle.  
Grease cookie sheet. Divide dough into 30 equal pieces. Roll each piece  
into 8-inch rope. Place 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Cover and let rise  
in warm place 20 to 25 minutes or until puffy.  
Heat oven to 350º. Beat 1 tablespoon water and the egg white; brush over  
dough. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
